Yes, the conference center is open for events. The adjacent Holiday Inn Express & Suites is undergoing renovation with reopening planned for 2027.

Yes. Our sister property, Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Claremore, is approximately 1.5 miles away and offers room blocks for out-of-town guests — ideal for weddings, reunions, and multi-day conferences. Let us know your dates and estimated room needs so we can discuss options.

You’ll find us at 1400 W Country Club Rd in Claremore, Oklahoma — an easy drive from Tulsa, Owasso, Catoosa, Pryor, and Inola. We’re a convenient event venue for guests coming from across the Tulsa metro and Rogers County.

We often make the space available the day before your event for setup and the day after for teardown — but this isn’t guaranteed, since it depends on our event calendar. We’ll confirm your setup and teardown times when you book.
